What should I bring to class?
All materials are provided including flowers, secateurs, and other floral sundries. Please feel free to bring a camera and/or journal.
Is food provided?
A beautiful Sonoma lunch, decadent cheese platter and sweet treats will all be included. At the end of the class share a glass or two of local bubbles provided by Logan. This will give you a chance to mingle with other flower enthusiasts.
Please do let us know of your dietary requirements / allergies in advance so we can cater for you.
Can I keep my arrangement?
Our Masterclasses are taught by demonstration & collaboration. Each class we do invite students to make their own masterpiece and to then take home the beautiful arrangements they've created.
Do I need floral design experience to sign up for a class?
There is absolutely NO experience necessary. In the past we have had flower lovers of all kinds; florists, event planners, stylists, artists, growers and farmers.

DO YOU HAVE A PAY IN INSTALMENTS OPTION?
Securing your spot in one of our workshops is simple; we offer a secure credit card facility in our Checkout. We also offer a PAY IN INSTALMENTS option for those who would like to take some time prior to the workshop date to pay off their place. This means that you can arrange with us, to split the cost of the Workshop over a number of payment dates ( with final payment required before the date of booking). How does the day usually run?
Each day the team will collaborate & demonstrate a key floral creation and at the end of the day you will have a chance to create your own masterpiece. All with guidance from Mr Cook, Aleksandra and Jardine. Our schedule is highlighted in our Workshops page.
If we haven't answered your question here, please email us and we will respond to you as soon as we are able.
Payment in full is required to hold your spot; there will be NO refunds or credits given for on the day cancellations or no shows. FloralMasterclass has a strict no refund policy. In the event that you might need to cancel in advance we are happy to provide a credit towards our next hosted class. If you are unable to attend one of our classes, you are welcome to sell your spot to someone else, or find a lucky friend to go instead. Just send us an e-mail letting us know so that we know who to expect in your place.
Gift Certificates are non-refundable and expire one year from the issue date.
We pride ourselves on crafting these experiences to be special and one of a kind.
We do not oversell our classes because we want each student to feel that they are given the attention they deserve.
